  1. I can see with you opportunity here what you are trying to do. I have seen something similar though before where there was the idea of people have mirrors at home that are connected to the internet and the mirror would then replicate outfits on the reflection and the person could make purchases on what they liked. I am not sure if this is something that is actually already done and is real so that is something you should look into because it is very similar to what you are hypothesizing.

  2. I like the idea you came up with. I'm not sure how to exactly fix the problem without incurring massive costs in logistics or lost product. One thing companies do now is provide exact measurements of their products as well as their dimensions on the order form. A great idea to change gears is to provide a consulting company that makes standardized sizes in order to save larger businesses money in returns.

  3. This is definitely a problem with which I struggle. I have unusual body dimensions, so finding clothes online that will fit me without actually trying it on is a rarity. My quadriceps are large, but my waist is small. I usually end up buying a pair of pants that are two sizes larger, then having them tailored to my waist size.
I like your concept. I think what would aid your concept is a simple tape measurer. You can include this for customer that buy your program. This way people like me can send it my exact measurements, and using the software that you would have to develop, I would be able to see if the clothes are a good fit or not.

  4. As far as the interviews go, I think you should ask more open-ended questions and letting the subject speak more to how the issue affects him/her. In some recordings, it felt like subjects were mostly agreeing with some ideas that you already had. The feedback that you would get back from customers could expand. I definitely struggle with this issue whenever I shop at the mall.
