My top resource is the virtual projection technology.
It is more important because it the main driving force in the company, it would be unique and hard to copy.

Caleb, I definitely have to agree with you in that your virtual projection coding knowledge would be by far your most valuable asset to your potential venture. Without that, the entire project would be nearly impossible to startup and few have the expertise that you already have. Your own human capital might have been key to starting this venture project.
ReplyDeleteCaleb,
ReplyDeleteAll of your ten resources are quite valuable and will certainly provide you with an unfair advantage. It's difficult to choose a single most important resource, but I'll agree with your choice of virtual projection technology. Perhaps you can hire someone with coding knowledge and risk not having a software license, but without the technology your company essentially does not exist.
Caleb,
ReplyDeleteI completely agree with you with your unfair advantage, because as you mentioned it is the driving force of the company. Without that, the company does not exist. That also leads to the main point of how you should do everything necessary to protect that, going through the law and finding the right people to try to keep your virtual projection technology something within the company. very well done!
